Bioscape Digital will be exhibiting, through vendor-sponsor table, at Driving the Future of Healthcare Technology, Summit of the Southeast 2014. The annual conference, which spans over two days, draws more than 900 healthcare IT professionals from across the Southeast to come together and discuss top issues surrounding the evolution of care delivery, gain greater insight into the ever-changing field of healthcare, and learn from leading experts in healthcare IT.
The event will take place on September 16 and 17 in the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, a city known as the nation’s healthcare hub, housing a swarm of large health care employers.
At the Bioscape Digital’s table, CEO Stuart Bracken will be presenting the revolutionary Wellness Express Application, a tablet based platform that allows hospitals to improve patient engagement, enhance patient satisfaction, and generate incremental revenue for the hospital all at the point of care.
Bioscape’s innovative platform integrates text, audio, video, and 3D visual imagery into an intuitive touch screen solution, allowing providers to overcome language and education barriers while enhancing quality of care, critical for the better improved outcomes expected not only in a patient-centric healthcare delivery model, but also in evolving risk-based models.
The Summit will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout clinical sessions, and a unique connected healthcare pavilion. Event featured speakers include Rick Cnossen (Director, Intel Worldwide Health IT Program Office) on Imperatives to Harness mHealth, Paul Rein (Sarah Cannon Research Institute) on Personalized Medicine, Dr. Steve Ober (Chief Medical Officer at Emdeon) on Driving Value for Patient Care, and Julie Luengas (CNIO, St. Thomas Health Services) on HIT Adoption.
