Do you know the signs of a heart attack? Heart attack symptoms include:

• discomfort in the middle of the chest
• discomfort or pain the back, jaw, throat, or arm
• shortness of breath
• cold sweat
• extreme weakness
• anxiety
• rapid or irregular heartbeats
• nausea, vomiting or dizziness

If you experience any, or a combination of the above symptoms, it is important that you call for emergency help immediately.  Prolonging the amount of time between the onset of symptoms and seeking help can be dangerous.
