Bioscope Digital, INC provides this Application as part of contractual services to Covered Entities. All privacy policies are governed by the Covered and contracted Entities. In accordance with Master Service Agreements entered into by and Between Bioscape Digital, INC and contracted Entities, there are no additional privacy terms or conditions explicit to the Application. Excerpt Below:
Merger of Terms, Modification. This Agreement (which hereby expressly includes and incorporates all Exhibits) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and shall not be modified except by written amendment by the Parties expressly stating an intent to modify the terms of the Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall exclusively control with respect to the subject matter hereof. No ‘click to accept’ agreement may be required for Authorized Users’ access to the SaaS Services, Software or Website and no ‘terms of use’, ‘privacy policy’ or ‘usage guidelines’ referenced in the Website shall apply to use of the Services hereunder.
