In an effort to take some of the fear out of the treatment process for young cancer patients, the A.C. Camargo Cancer Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil have reinvented their treatment methods. The children receive their usual medicine in their IV bags, but the bags are now covered with superhero logos. In addition to the “super-formula” IV, the children receive custom comic books that depict these superheroes undergoing similar treatments.
